High-effect activated carbon composite filter element and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of activated carbon materials, and particularly discloses a high-effect activated carbon composite filter element and a preparation method thereof. The high-effect activated carbon composite filter element comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of coconut shell activated carbon powder, 15-25 parts of modified palygorskite clay, 5-10 parts of a silicon-phosphorus composite scale inhibitor, 8-12 parts of zeolite powder, 2-3 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 4-7 parts of a composite binder and 1-3 parts of a sintering aid. The long-acting scale inhibition performance, the anti-blocking performance and the filtering effect of the filter element under the high-hardness water quality application condition can be improved.
