Abstract

The application discloses a water purification catalyst, a preparation process thereof and a system thereof, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment catalyst materials. The catalyst structure comprises a single-layer MXene serving as a conductive framework and a carrier layer, Fe / Co bimetallic phosphide nanoparticles serving as a high-activity catalytic site layer, and a nitrogen-doped carbon layer serving as a physical and chemical protection layer. The gradient structure design fully utilizes the high conductivity and rich surface chemistry of the MXene, the efficient synergistic catalytic effect of the bimetallic phosphide, and the stable protection effect of the carbon layer, significantly improves the pollutant degradation efficiency, the cycle stability and the metal ion immobilization capacity of the catalyst, and effectively solves the technical bottleneck that the activity of the traditional catalyst decreases too fast during use.
