Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method and an acquisition device for non-volatile impurities and inclusions in industrial magnesium ingots. According to the method, the saturated vapor pressure difference between the non-volatile metal impurities and the non-metallic inclusions in magnesium and a magnesium matrix is utilized, the mass fraction of the non-volatile metal impurities and the non-metallic inclusions in industrial magnesium ingots or crude magnesium is obtained through high-vacuum and slow sublimation and enrichment, and then the content of the non-metallic impurities and the inclusions is obtained. Besides, the device comprises a vertical cabin body and a sample placing piece, a plurality of sections of precise temperature control electric furnaces are arranged outside the cabin body and are used for respectively controlling the generation, migration and crystallization of magnesium steam, and a steam generation area and a crystallization area are respectively provided with a group of high-vacuum components; meanwhile, through unique pore distribution arrangement and metal filter screen surrounding design of the material containing crucible of the device, the circulation performance of steam is guaranteed, the abnormal problem caused by rapid increase of magnesium pressure during rapid sublimation of a large number of stages of magnesium ingots is avoided, and the accuracy of residue collection is guaranteed synchronously.
