Abstract

The invention provides a sample treatment device. The sample treatment device comprises a supporting frame, a first rail arranged at the top of the supporting frame, a second rail connected to the first rail in a sliding mode and a workbench arranged below the supporting frame. A clamping mechanism, a carrying mechanism and a powder supply mechanism are arranged on the second track, and the clamping mechanism is used for picking up sample tube bodies; the carrying mechanism is used for transferring a target object on the workbench; the powder supply mechanism is used for supplying powder to a target object; comprising an uncovering station, the uncovering station is provided with an uncovering mechanism, the uncovering mechanism is provided with a first adapter and a second adapter which are used for bearing sample pipe bodies of different sizes, and the uncovering mechanism is used for enabling the sample pipe bodies to rotate so as to be matched with the clamping mechanism for uncovering treatment. According to the technical scheme, a large amount of high-specification materials are prevented from being consumed by a large-size box body, the machining precision requirement of the sealing structure is lowered, and compared with an existing scheme, the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced, and the economical efficiency of equipment is remarkably improved.
