The invention discloses an ultrasonic detection correction method for a heat exchanger at a high temperature and a related device, and relates to the field of non-destructive detection.The method comprises the steps that a heat exchanger shell layer physical model is built; calculating convective heat transfer coefficients of inner and outer surfaces of the heat exchanger tube wall; determining a relation curve of material thermal conductivity along with temperature change; performing flow heat transfer analysis on the oil-salt heat exchanger to obtain steady-state temperature distribution of a shell layer of the heat exchanger; building a weld joint structure physical model; setting temperature-acoustic parameters, and calculating to obtain transverse wave and longitudinal wave sound velocities in the temperature range of each layer of the shell; acquiring a detection echo signal; establishing an ultrasonic phased array detection defect parameter compensation model; setting different temperature layers; calculating a corresponding depth compensation coefficient and a size compensation coefficient; and based on the depth compensation coefficient, the size compensation coefficient and the ultrasonic phased array detection defect parameter compensation model, calculating to obtain a corrected defect depth parameter and a defect size parameter. According to the invention, weld defect detection result correction can be carried out under a high-temperature non-stop state.
