Abstract

The invention discloses a four-terminal structure alloy resistor and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining a flat resistor body sheet, a plurality of middle red copper electrode strips and two edge red copper electrode strips; 2, two edge red copper electrode strips are bonded and placed on the two sides of the calendering face of the resistor body piece respectively, a plurality of middle red copper electrode strips are bonded and placed on the calendering face of the resistor body piece, and a semi-finished product to be calendered is obtained; 3, calendering the semi-finished product to be calendered by using calendering equipment to obtain a calendered finished product; 4, cutting the calendered finished product to obtain a small foot transverse groove; step 5, coating the calendered finished product with insulating glue; and step 6, carrying out laser cutting on the calendered finished product coated with the insulation paste to obtain a plurality of four-terminal structure alloy resistors. According to the preparation method, consumption of cutting time is reduced, and waste of a large amount of red copper materials is reduced.
