Abstract

This invention provides a coaxial pressure detection device and method. The device includes a light source module, a data acquisition module, a pressure input terminal, and a pressure sensor. The pressure sensor includes a pressure-sensing diaphragm, a T-shaped fiber optic fixing substrate, and coaxially integrated FPI sensing fiber and dual FBG sensing fiber. The external pressure sensed by the pressure-sensing diaphragm is converted into axial strain of the fiber, triggering spectral shifts in the FPI sensing fiber and the dual FBG sensing fiber. This application achieves high sensitivity and wide measurement range pressure detection through the combination of mechanical transmission structure and multi-sensor collaborative sensing. Simultaneously, the differentiated layout of the dual FBG sensing fiber effectively suppresses the influence of ambient temperature on the pressure measurement results, possessing advantages such as structural stability, high measurement accuracy, and temperature and pressure self-compensation.
