Abstract

本发明提出一种基于非对称电极QCM传感器的NaCl溶液粘度检测装置及方法,通过在底座上构建一个圆形凹陷区域,将硅胶圆环置于圆形凹陷区域底部,非对称电极QCM传感器置于硅胶圆环上。底座、中空圆柱和盖子结合形成流通池,盖子上的圆形通孔用于NaCl溶液流入到非对称电极QCM传感器的M型电极。利用M型电极对边缘场效应的弱化效果和对液体电学性质干扰的减小作用,实现对溶液粘度的高精度测量。在检测溶液粘度时,首先按照要求配制相应浓度的NaCl溶液,然后将蠕动泵、传感器晶片和上位机等仪器连接形成检测装置,根据QCM传感器的谐振频率变化量,计算得到NaCl溶液的粘度值。本发明通过上述装置和方法实现对NaCl溶液粘度的低成本精确测量。
