Rapid dismounting and mounting mechanism for commercial vehicle cab

Abstract

The invention relates to a quick dismounting and mounting mechanism for a commercial vehicle cab. The quick dismounting and mounting mechanism comprises a cab front suspension assembly, a cab rear suspension assembly and a front suspension turnover mechanism, the cab front suspension assembly, the cab rear suspension assembly and the front suspension turnover mechanism are detachably connected with the cab. The cab front suspension assembly is provided with a quick-release upper module assembly and a quick-release lower module assembly which are used for disassembling and assembling a wiring harness, an air conditioner pipeline and a brake pipeline. A standardized and modularized interface scheme is designed, and different cabs can be rapidly replaced according to actual requirements in different user use scenes; meanwhile, based on the requirement of unmanned driving, in a specific application scene, a cab can be quickly disassembled, and an original chassis is covered with a chassis decorating part with the same interface to achieve unmanned driving.
