Multi-stage liquid nitrogen quick-freezing device for abalone

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of refrigeration technology and discloses a multi-stage liquid nitrogen quick-freezing device for abalone. The device includes a quick-freezing housing and a vibrating conveyor belt. The vibrating conveyor belt is positioned on top of the quick-freezing housing, and a refrigeration assembly is located on top of the housing. The refrigeration assembly includes a positioning plate, which is snapped onto the top of the housing. An air pump is installed inside the positioning plate, and both the positioning plate and the housing share an air inlet. A refrigeration pipe is also located inside the positioning plate. The abalone is pre-cooled using a vortex tube refrigeration structure. Combined with the vibrating conveyor belt and uniform air distribution structure, the abalone can fully contact the cold airflow during transport, improving the uniformity of pre-cooling and enhancing the quality of the quick-frozen product. The device employs a Tesla valve nozzle to increase the cold airflow velocity, resulting in higher pre-cooling efficiency. Furthermore, water pipes are installed within the cold air distribution pipe to further enhance heat exchange, making fuller use of the cooling capacity.
