Abstract

本发明公开了一种适宜机械移栽的当归反季节单体育苗方法及其应用,属中药材育苗栽培领域。该方法选用海拔2300m以上、冬季最低温≥8℃的日光温室或联栋温室,以无连作障碍田园土搭配炒熟油菜籽、哈茨木霉菌及枯草芽孢杆菌配制专用基质,采用单孔直径19‑25mm、高度12cm的育苗纸册,于11月下旬至12月上旬双粒点播丸粒化种子,经精准温湿度调控、叶面施肥、炼苗剪叶等管理,培育标准化单体苗,通过移栽机移栽。本发明使当归早期抽薹率降低,种苗整齐度与移栽成活率均提升,移栽效率提升、人工成本降低,还可以提高当归产量,实现反季节资源高效利用,为产业规模化标准化发展提供支撑。
