A quick-mounting connecting joint of a steel structure

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of building structure engineering technology, specifically to a quick-installation connection node for steel structures. The quick-installation connection node includes a hub, rods, and a fixing assembly. The hub has several embedding slots on its sidewalls. There are several rods, each with a connector fixed to its end. Each connector has two adjusting rods inserted, allowing for linear extension and retraction relative to the rod. The free ends of the two adjusting rods on the same connector are embedded in the same embedding slot and locked to the sidewall of the same slot. The fixing assembly passes through a central hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the hub to fix the hub and rods. During use, the two adjusting rods on the same connector can be adjusted to have different extension lengths, allowing the rods to adapt to hubs of different specifications. Since the adjusting rods and connectors are universal components, standardized mass production can be achieved during the manufacturing stage, ensuring efficient assembly of the embedded hub node.
