Pvt assembly frame encapsulation apparatus and method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of photovoltaic module processing technology, specifically to a PVT module frame encapsulation device, comprising a feeding mechanism and a positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism is located inside the feeding mechanism. The feeding mechanism includes a height adjustment component, a limiting component, and a clamping component. The limiting component is located in front of the height adjustment component, and the clamping component is located at the bottom of the limiting component. The positioning mechanism includes a horizontal component, a vertical component, a positioning component, a cleaning component, and a fixing component. The horizontal component is located at the top and bottom of the height adjustment component, and the vertical component is located on the surface of the horizontal component. This invention provides a PVT module frame encapsulation device and method, which has a structure that automatically positions the PVT module and then automatically installs and positions the frame and PVT module together. Therefore, it can maintain the stability of the connection between the PVT module and the frame during the encapsulation operation, improving the stability of subsequent PVT module and frame encapsulation.
