Method for regulating and controlling capacity of hyperaccumulator for enriching heavy metals in soil

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of soil remediation, in particular to a method for regulating and controlling the capacity of hyperaccumulators for enriching heavy metals in soil. According to the method, the slow-release soil activating agent is applied to the heavy metal contaminated soil, and paclobutrazol is combined to regulate and control the growth rhythm of the plants, so that the heavy metal enrichment capacity of the plants is improved; the slow-release soil activator comprises an inner core, a middle blocking layer and an outer response layer, the inner core is fiber mesh biochar loaded with citric acid, the middle blocking layer is a composite layer formed by crosslinking sodium alginate through calcium chloride and then combining the sodium alginate with chitosan, and the outer response layer comprises polyvinyl alcohol and sodium lignin sulfonate; the citric acid is continuously released in the soil through a multi-layer structure, so that the effectiveness of heavy metals is improved; meanwhile, the vegetative growth stage of the plants is regulated and controlled through paclobutrazol, so that the plants keep high heavy metal absorption capacity within a long time.
