Abstract

The invention discloses a pulse current-assisted ultra-thin strip online partition texturing device and method, and relates to the technical field of metal ultra-thin strip surface treatment. The device comprises an inlet tensioning part, a texturing part and an outlet tensioning part which are sequentially arranged in the strip running direction. The texturing part comprises a first roller set and a second roller set which are sequentially arranged in the running direction and used for texturing the upper surface and the lower surface of the strip correspondingly. The first roller group comprises an upper surface texturing roller and a first flat roller which are oppositely pressed up and down, and the second roller group comprises a second flat roller and a lower surface texturing roller which are oppositely pressed up and down; the upper and lower surface texturing rollers are electrically connected with two ends of a pulse power supply. The method comprises the steps that in the pass needing texturing, the tensioning part is controlled to reach the working position, the roller sets are closed, the strip sequentially passes through the first roller set and the second roller set to complete double-face partition texturing, and meanwhile pulse current is applied. According to the method, online on-demand double-sided texturing of the ultra-thin strip is achieved, and the follow-up rolling friction condition and the continuous rolling and thinning capacity are improved.
