Abstract

The invention discloses automatic laser processing equipment for an automobile pipeline, which belongs to the technical field of laser processing, and comprises a fixed frame body and two main body mechanisms for adjusting the processing position of the automobile pipeline, a clamping mechanism used for clamping the front end of the automobile pipeline and a driven mechanism used for clamping the rear end of the automobile pipeline are arranged on the main body mechanism on one side, and a laser mechanism used for conducting laser machining on the automobile pipeline is arranged on the main body mechanism on the other side. According to the main body mechanism, when rapid lifting is needed, the double lead screws synchronously rotate to achieve coarse adjustment, when the laser machining height needs to be finely adjusted, the included angle between the two inclined rotating rods is changed through rotation of the single lead screw, fine stepless adjustment of the lifting height is achieved, and meanwhile, the machining precision is improved. A triangular supporting structure formed by the inclined rotating rods can effectively share unbalance loads of the clamping mechanism and the laser mechanism which are installed in an overhanging mode, the rigidity of the lifting transverse frame under heavy loads is improved, and the stability in the machining process is ensured.
