Abstract

The steel structure connecting plate welding device comprises two vertical plates, two switching mechanisms, a plurality of shielding assemblies, a transferring assembly, a plurality of limiting assemblies and a welding assembly, and the switching mechanisms are connected with the two vertical plates correspondingly; the switching mechanism comprises two first sliding table modules and two avoiding assemblies. The two first sliding table modules are arranged on the corresponding vertical plates correspondingly. The two avoiding assemblies are arranged on the sliding tables of the corresponding first sliding table modules correspondingly, the avoiding assemblies are connected with the vertical plates, and the two shielding assemblies are connected with the adjusting assembly correspondingly; a plate groove is formed between the two vertical plates, a first through groove is formed in the bottom of the plate groove in a penetrating mode, and the transferring assembly is connected with the plate groove; the multiple limiting assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the corresponding straight plates correspondingly. A transverse plate is arranged on one side of the vertical plate, and the welding assembly is arranged on the transverse plate. Therefore, the connecting plate can vertically fall into the U-shaped steel, so that the steps of perpendicularity detection and spot welding are omitted, the operation is simpler and more convenient, and the welding efficiency and quality are remarkably improved.
