Steel wire armoring machine disc feeding and discharging device and method

Abstract

The invention relates to a steel wire armoring machine disc feeding and discharging device and method. The device comprises a disc storage mechanism, an automatic transfer mechanism and an upper disc locking mechanism. The disc storage mechanism is used for storing discs in a three-dimensional mode and comprises a three-dimensional warehouse goods shelf and a stacking machine. The automatic transfer mechanism is used for transferring the reels among a warehouse-in station, a warehouse-out station and an armoring machine production station, and comprises a conveying line body, a transfer manipulator and a transfer trolley. The disc feeding and locking mechanism is used for installing a disc on an armoring machine and achieving automatic locking and comprises a movable ground rail, a disc feeding mechanical arm, a visual detection assembly and a locking assembly, wherein the visual detection assembly and the locking assembly are arranged on the disc feeding mechanical arm. Through the automatic connection of the whole process, the labor intensity of personnel is obviously reduced, the operation efficiency and the locking precision of the disc feeding are improved, and the production continuity of the steel wire armoring process and the reliability of equipment operation are guaranteed.
