A high-temperature stable nano-zirconia-based thermal insulation ceramic material and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a high-temperature stable nano zirconium oxide-based heat-insulating ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing ZrOCl2*8H2O solution and Y(NO3)3 solution, adding citric acid complexing agent and high-valence transition metal alcoholate (Nb or Ta), adjusting pH to 8.5-10.5 to form a polymerized complex nano sol; introducing La or Gd rare earth components; obtaining a closed nanopore precursor through unidirectional freeze drying; and preparing the high-temperature stable nano zirconium oxide-based heat-insulating ceramic material through pre-sintering at 500-700 DEG C and sintering at 1250-1350 DEG C.
