A concrete double-beam inter-deformation joint formwork and a support structure thereof

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of cast-in-situ concrete construction of building engineering, and particularly relates to a concrete double-beam deformation joint formwork and a supporting structure thereof, wherein the deformation joint formwork is sealed and slidably connected by interval micro-adjustable opening and closing plate one, interval micro-adjustable opening and closing plate two, and corresponding sliding side enclosures one and two, and forms a main body with an interval control space; an interval control system is arranged in the interval control space; the supporting structure includes supporting rods, a positioning and clamping mechanism, and a connecting mechanism, and can stably fix the deformation joint formwork between the double-beam pouring areas; the interval control system can control the thickness of the formwork in the early strength growth stage after the initial setting and before the final setting of the double-beam concrete, so as to form a demolding gap between the formwork and the beam body; the present application can realize smooth and rapid demolding of the formwork, avoid damage to the beam body corners and formwork scrapping, and does not need to apply a large amount of demolding agent, thereby guaranteeing the deformation joint forming quality, improving the construction efficiency and the formwork turnover life, and reducing the comprehensive construction cost.
