The top end of the heat exchange cylinder is fixedly connected with a first conveying pipe, and the output end of the first conveying pipe is fixedly connected with a spiral heat exchange pipe. Through cooperation of a heat dissipation liquid storage tank, a conveying pump, a third conveying pipe and other structures, the device can achieve circulating heat dissipation and efficient supply of cooling liquid; the conveying pump drives the cooling liquid to circulate between the heat exchange mechanism and the heat dissipation liquid storage tank through the third conveying pipe, the heat dissipation liquid storage tank conducts rapid heat dissipation and cooling on the cooling liquid which is heated after heat exchange, it is guaranteed that the cooling liquid continuously has the good heat exchange capacity, and the cooling liquid does not need to be replaced after shutdown; and finally, the effects of recycling the cooling liquid and guaranteeing continuous cooling of the lubricating oil are achieved.
