Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of counter-gravity casting, and particularly relates to a liquid lifting box suitable for counter-gravity casting, a casting device and a method, which comprises a supporting plate, a plurality of ceramic sprues arranged above the supporting plate, a liquid lifting box shell arranged below the supporting plate, and a liquid lifting pipe arranged below the liquid lifting box shell; the liquid lifting box suitable for counter-gravity casting is installed on a furnace cover on the upper side of a molten pool holding furnace, the part below the supporting plate is located inside the molten pool holding furnace, the liquid lifting box shell is located between heating pipes in the furnace cavity of the molten pool holding furnace and above the aluminum liquid, and the liquid lifting box is integrated with the holding furnace and can be integrally disassembled, integrally preheated and integrally hoisted, so that the problems of difficult temperature control of the electric heating liquid lifting box, difficult replacement of the refractory castable, and difficult cleaning of oxides and impurities are solved.
