The method utilizes the inherent hydrophobic characteristics of the ester compounds and the excellent affinity between the ester compounds and acetonitrile molecules, realizes high-selectivity extraction of acetonitrile in the acetonitrile-water system, and finally obtains high-purity acetonitrile products by rectifying and separating the acetonitrile-rich organic phase obtained through extraction, and realizes high recovery rate of acetonitrile.
