Abstract

The application provides a lead frame double-face detection device, and belongs to the technical field of detection equipment. The device comprises a conveying assembly, a detection assembly and a turnover assembly. The conveying assembly comprises a group of first conveying belts and a second conveying belt arranged oppositely to the first conveying belts. The detection assembly comprises a cross visual detection head. The turnover assembly comprises a group of clamping pieces for turning over the lead frame and pushing the lead frame to the second conveying belt. The first conveying belt is used for conveying the lead frame to pass under the actual detection head for the first time, and the second conveying belt is used for making the turned-over lead frame pass under the visual detection head again. The technical scheme of the application can realize the detection of the double face of the lead frame by arranging one visual detection head, and the cost is reduced under the premise of ensuring the quality of the lead frame.
