本发明涉及纳米纤维材料技术领域,具体为一种CO2捕集用分级多孔MOF纳米纤维气凝胶及其制备方法;本发明通过调控纺丝液中有机配体浓度、分散液中金属盐和交联剂的浓度,并在气凝胶成型过程中阶段性地调节温度与真空度,分阶段实现MOF的原位生长、冷冻干燥以及MOF活化的一体化连续处理,从而得到了分级多孔MOF纳米纤维气凝胶,该气凝胶构筑了蜂窝状各向异性气体传输通道,依托固有微孔聚合物与MOF上的CO2亲和基团,可在混合气体中优先吸附、传输CO2,并且材料内部形成纤维交缠大孔、静电纺丝介孔及材料本征微孔的分级多孔体系,大幅提升了CO2传质效率。
