Zeolite material loaded metal oxide and preparation and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a zeolite material loaded metal oxide as well as preparation and application thereof, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a catalyst by loading the metal oxide on a zeolite material to enable the zeolite material to have a proper acid-base property, and preparing acrylic acid (ester) by using the catalyst for aldol condensation reaction to catalyze a formaldehyde and acetic acid mixed solution (or a mixed aqueous solution). Wherein the metal oxide is one or more of Cs2O, Li2O, Na2O, K2O, V2O5-P2O5, CaO, MgO and CeO2. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the catalyst. The catalyst has the advantages of proper pore structure, acid-base property, high selectivity, high stability and the like.
