In the application, the full-dry type loose tube comprises a loose tube body and a water-blocking sleeve, the water-blocking sleeve is used for wrapping an optical fiber bundle in the full-dry type loose tube, and the water-blocking sleeve expands after meeting water and fills the full-dry type loose tube to block contact between water and optical fibers. According to the loose tube, the water-blocking sleeve wrapping the optical fiber bundle is arranged in the loose tube body to replace water-blocking yarn or water-blocking powder, so that the optical cable manufacturing problem or the construction problem caused by the water-blocking yarn or the water-blocking powder is avoided. Furthermore, closely arranged holes are formed in the surface of the water-blocking sleeve through a manufacturing process, so that the friction force between the water-blocking sleeve and the optical fiber bundle and between the water-blocking sleeve and the loose sleeve body is reduced, and the excess length can be more favorably controlled in the forming process of the full-dry type loose sleeve.
