Abstract

The present application relates to a communication method and apparatus, and a readable storage medium, the method comprising: a first terminal device sends a first measurement report to a computing control function network element, the first measurement report being a measurement report corresponding to a computing service used by a second terminal device; and the computing control function network element adjusts a computing service strategy of the second terminal device according to the first measurement report to obtain a first computing service strategy, and sends the first computing service strategy to the first terminal device, so that the second terminal device uses the computing service according to the first computing service strategy. By adopting the method, the adjustment of the computing service strategy triggered by the terminal equipment can be realized.
