Perovskite solar cell and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The perovskite solar cell comprises a perovskite absorption layer, a passivation layer, a first carrier transport layer and a second carrier transport layer, the passivation layer is located between the perovskite absorption layer and the first carrier transport layer, and the second carrier transport layer is located on the other side of the perovskite absorption layer. The passivation layer comprises a functionalized ionic compound and has field effect passivation and chemical passivation effects; the functionalized ionic compound comprises organic cations, inorganic anions and a hydrocarbyl compound main chain, the organic cations and the hydrocarbyl compound main chain are connected through covalent bonds, and the hydrocarbyl compound main chain comprises a passivation group. According to the invention, the functional ionic compound with a specific structure is introduced into the passivation layer, so that the operation stability of the perovskite solar cell is improved, and the interface recombination between the perovskite absorption layer and the carrier transport layer is reduced.
