A solid-state radar washing and blowing integrated device

Abstract

This invention provides an integrated washing and blowing device for solid-state radar. The device includes a solid-state radar, a dual-purpose washing and blowing nozzle, and an intelligent controller. A nozzle pipe is located on one side of the nozzle, with a T-junction at one end. One-way valves are located on both sides of the T-junction, and a water pump pipe is located on one side of one of the one-way valves. This invention provides an integrated washing and blowing device for solid-state radar. Through solid-state radar detection, feedback is sent to the intelligent controller. The intelligent controller analyzes the point cloud to determine whether the mirror surface is dirty or obstructed, and appropriately activates the washing and blowing mode. It exhibits excellent intelligence and precision, innovatively integrating blowing and water spraying functions into one unit with intelligent switching capabilities. It can first use high-pressure airflow to blow away dry dust, then spray water to clean stubborn stains, and finally blow dry. The entire process is highly efficient and significantly reduces the amount of water and cleaning agents used, offering strong functionality and high energy efficiency.
