A Visualized Rapid Generation System and Method for Chemical Accident Emergency Response Plans

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of chemical safety technology and discloses a system and method for rapidly generating visualized emergency response plans for chemical accidents. The system includes a graphical editing module, a template library, a data processing module, a 3D scene construction module, a geographic information system (GIS) interface, and a plan synthesis engine. The graphical editing module collects basic enterprise information, process flow data, and risk source data, and automatically identifies graphic element information; the template library stores categorized plan templates; the data processing module automatically filters target templates using a weighted matching algorithm; the 3D scene construction module generates a 3D model of the plant area and dynamically demonstrates the accident situation; the GIS interface acquires geographic data in real time and renders rescue forces and evacuation routes; the plan synthesis engine integrates the outputs of each module to generate a visualized plan that combines text, flowcharts, 3D animation, and geographic information, achieving rapid automatic generation and multi-dimensional visualization of the plan, significantly improving the efficiency of plan preparation and emergency response capabilities.
