Intelligent Compliance Monitoring Methods and Systems for Live Streaming in the Financial Industry

Abstract

This invention provides an intelligent compliance monitoring method and system for live streaming in the financial industry, comprising: real-time collection of financial live streaming data from one or more online live streaming platforms; extraction of audio streams from the live streaming data and real-time conversion into text data streams; analysis of the text data streams by a core artificial intelligence judgment engine using a dynamically configurable financial compliance rule base to identify compliance risk content; and automatic triggering of risk handling strategies when a risk is identified, and evidence preservation of the live streaming data containing risky content, including data interception, storage, and generation of evidence information containing timestamps and data hash values. This invention solves the problems of insufficient ability to identify substantive violations and lack of unified cross-platform management capabilities in existing technologies, achieving automated, real-time, and cross-platform intelligent monitoring of financial live streaming, improving the depth and accuracy of risk identification, and strengthening risk handling and traceability capabilities.
