Abstract

The application discloses a kind of counter circuit and image sensor, belong to integrated circuit design field, low conversion gain reset code can be temporarily stored to latch module, and after high conversion gain is obtained in the counter module quantization relevant double sampling result, the data exchange of counter module and latch module, to support the output of high conversion gain relevant double sampling result, and counter module also can low conversion gain reset code's negated value as initial count value, count low conversion gain signal level, obtain low conversion gain relevant double sampling result, finally output through latch module, so through single counter module and single latch module can realize the counter circuit of image sensor suitable for double conversion gain mode, and only need single data transmission channel, reduce the device quantity of counter circuit, reduce circuit area.
