Abstract

Provided is a living body transport device capable of reducing the burden on a living body during transport by a mobile body. The living body transport device is provided with: a top plate member that can be attached to and detached from a housing body that can house a living body to be transported in a state of being placed on a mobile body; a pendulum unit including a pendulum main body portion, a main body base portion, and a main body fixing portion, the pendulum main body portion supporting the top plate member and performing pendulum motion together with the top plate member in a manner that suppresses inertial force acting on the living body during movement of the mobile body in conjunction with at least one of acceleration / deceleration motion and turning motion with respect to a traveling direction of the mobile body, the main body base portion supporting the pendulum main body portion, and the main body fixing portion being formed on the main body base portion and allowing the main body base portion to be attached to and detached from the mobile body.
