A waste glass recycling modified wave-transparent polypropylene material and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The application relates to the field of recycling and technical development of waste plastic resources, and particularly discloses a waste automobile glass recycling modified wave-transparent polypropylene material and a preparation method thereof. The material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: waste glass powder: 5-40 wt%; amide-modified inorganic sulfate powder: 1-10 wt%; elastomer: 0.1-20 wt%; other additives: 0.1-2 wt%; color powder: 0.1-2 wt%; and the balance is composed of polypropylene (PP) resin. The material is subjected to injection molding, the sample is soaked in hot water for a period of time after the injection molding is completed, and finally the sample has very excellent wave-transparent performance, and has a wide application prospect in millimeter wave radar exterior trim parts.
