[Means for Solving the Problem] A multilayer coating film having a base coat layer, a base layer laminated on the base coat layer, and a transparent layer laminated on the base layer, the multilayer coating film having a lightness L * 45 is 3 or more and 10 or less, yellow color b * 45 is -4 or less, chroma C * ab 45 is 4 or more and 10 or less, lightness L of the spectral reflectance when the light source is 10% * 45 is 3 or less, yellow color b * 45 is -3 or more and 0 or less, chroma C * ab 45 is 3 or less, the content of the coloring pigment in the base layer is 2.5 parts by mass or more with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solid content of the base layer.
