Hot-rolled h-shaped steel and corrugated steel web prestressed composite beam and assembling method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a hot-rolled H-shaped steel and corrugated steel web prestressed composite beam, which comprises a hot-rolled H-shaped steel, a stiffening rib of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel, a corrugated steel web and bolts, the corrugated steel web is connected to the left and right sides of the web of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel in a diagonal and symmetrical manner through the bolts, the stiffening rib of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel is provided with limiting holes corresponding to the positions of the corrugated steel web, and the stiffening rib of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel is welded to the hot-rolled H-shaped steel after the limiting holes are matched with the positions of the corrugated steel web; after prestress is applied and a pre-arch state is reached, all the bolts are fastened to form the composite beam; the bolt hole positions on the web of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel adopt a first mode in which a center connecting line of the bolt hole positions on the web of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel is a curve line which is preset based on a theoretical pre-arch curve of the composite beam in a prestressed state or a second mode in which the center connecting line of the bolt hole positions on the web of the hot-rolled H-shaped steel is drilled in the prestressed state of the composite beam.
