Abstract

The present invention relates to a door handle assembly for a vehicle comprising a main body (1) of a gripping member and a sensor module (2), wherein: - the main body (1) of the gripping member comprises a recess (16) for receiving the housing (20) of the sensor module (2), the recess being provided on a first side (10a) of the gripping member, the recess (16) being in communication with an opening (18) provided on a second side (10b) of the main body (1) of the gripping member opposite the first side (10a); - the opening (18) is configured to allow the passage of the wiring harness (22) from one side (10b) of the main body (1) of the gripping member through the opening (18) to the other side (10a); - the opening (18) is also configured to allow the insertion of the housing (20) of the sensor module (2) and to prevent the insertion of the connector (24).
