Abstract

The cut-off valve comprises a left shell, a right shell, a main valve core, a first spring, a second spring, a piston and a plug. The left and right shells are provided with oil ports and are connected with system pipelines. The left and right shells are assembled in butt joint and jointly form a main valve body of the cut-off valve, and a main passage for fuel flow is formed inside. The first spring is installed between the left shell and the main valve core. One end of the first spring is in contact with the left shell, and the other end is in contact with an end surface of the main valve core. The second spring is also installed in a spring cavity. One end of the second spring is in contact with the piston, and the other end is in contact with an end surface of the plug. The first spring and the second spring jointly provide pre-tightening force to the piston and the main valve core. The main valve core reciprocates under the combined action of high-pressure fuel in a control cavity and spring forces of the first and second springs, so as to realize opening or closing of the cut-off valve. The present application increases the reverse flow function, and further improves the task reliability by the margin function. The present application has the advantages of compact structure and high reliability.
