Pole piece peeling force testing device, testing method and application

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of batteries, in particular to a pole piece peeling force testing device, a testing method and application. The pole piece peeling force testing device comprises a base plate, a pole piece bonded on the base plate, a tensile tester and a shaft stick; the tensile tester comprises an upper clamp and a lower clamp, the upper clamp is used for clamping the base plate, and the lower clamp is used for clamping the pole piece; and the shaft stick is arranged at a bending part of the pole piece. The application can analyze the pole piece and the types and adding amounts of the bonding agent before and after rolling, reduce the misjudgment of the bonding force, mislead the experimental direction and mechanism analysis caused by the misjudgment, improve the experimental efficiency and reduce material loss.
