Critical polygon-based PCB paneling method, storage medium, and apparatus

Abstract

The application provides a PCB paneling method based on a critical polygon, a computer readable storage medium and a PCB paneling device based on a critical polygon. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the geometry information of a PCB panel and the geometry information of a paneling target; determining the first critical polygon between the paneling targets according to the geometry information of the paneling targets, a preset triangulation algorithm and Minkowski sum operation; performing Minkowski difference operation based on the geometry information of the paneling targets and the geometry information of the PCB panel to determine the inner critical polygon between the paneling targets and the panel; determining the placeable area of the paneling targets according to the first critical polygon, the inner critical polygon, the first preset constraint of the paneling targets and the preset constraint of the second paneling targets, so as to realize PCB paneling based on the placeable area. The application improves the accuracy of constraint expression and the space utilization rate of the PCB panel, converts various constraints into accurate calculation of the placeable area, and provides a reliable solution for the PCB panel.
