Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provide an information processing method and an electronic device, which comprises: obtaining to-be-processed text information; determining the complexity corresponding to the to-be-processed text information; determining the model structure of a target model based on the complexity corresponding to the to-be-processed text information, wherein if the complexity corresponding to the to-be-processed text information is a first complexity, the model structure of the target model is a first model structure, if the complexity corresponding to the to-be-processed text information is a second complexity, the model structure of the target model is a second model structure, the first complexity is different from the second complexity, and the first model structure is different from the second model structure; performing entity recognition on the to-be-processed text information by using the target model to obtain an entity recognition result corresponding to the to-be-processed text information, thereby improving the accuracy of entity recognition and reducing the waste of computing resources.
