Water-in-oil nanoemulsion composition, method for manufacturing the same, and cosmetic material composition comprising the same

Abstract

The present invention relates to a water-in-oil nanoemulsion composition comprising a surfactant, a skin conditioning agent, and a polyol, the nanoemulsion composition of the present invention being excellent in moisturizing power, use feeling, and skin absorption. In addition, the present invention provides a water-in-oil ultraviolet-protecting and color cosmetic nanoemulsion cosmetic material composition having excellent ultraviolet-protecting ability and color cosmetic effect. In addition, the present invention provides a method for producing a water-in-oil nanoemulsion composition excellent in dosage form stability.
