Single-rail climbing rubber tapping machine

Abstract

The present application discloses a single-track climbing rubber tapping machine, belonging to the technical field of agricultural machinery, comprising a climbing module and a tapping module, the climbing module is provided with a ring-shaped track capable of embracing and being fixed to the trunk of a rubber tree, a transmission assembly and multiple sets of climbing execution mechanisms; the tapping module is engaged with the tooth-shaped walking surface of the outer periphery of the track through a track gear, and can reciprocate along the circumference of the track, the driving assembly is provided with a swingable synchronous belt swing rod and an elastic trigger, and the tapping reciprocating motion is multiplexed through a single power source, the tapping operation and the axial climbing of the whole machine are simultaneously realized, and the timing interlocking of tapping first and then climbing is forcibly realized by a pure mechanical structure. The present application greatly simplifies the structure of the whole machine, improves the reliability and tapping quality of the forest operation, and can adapt to the continuous tapping operation requirements of rubber trees with different diameters.
