A bio-based aerial application adjuvant and a method of making the same

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of pesticide adjuvant, and discloses a bio-based aerial application adjuvant as well as a preparation method and application thereof.The aerial application adjuvant comprises chitosan polyether polymer, glycoside polyether nonionic surfactant, vegetable oil and antifreeze agent, and the chitosan polyether polymer is prepared by etherification reaction of chitosan and alkylene oxide; the glycoside polyether nonionic surfactant is prepared by etherification reaction of alkyl glycoside and alkylene oxide.The bio-based raw material is used to synthesize high molecules and surfactants with amphiphilic structure through molecular design, and the high molecules and surfactants are scientifically compounded, so that the obtained adjuvant can significantly improve the anti-evaporation and anti-drift properties of aerial application pesticide liquid, and has excellent wetting and penetration properties and rainwater erosion resistance.The adjuvant is environmentally friendly and biodegradable, and is suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle operation, so that the amount of pesticide can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved.
