Abstract

The application discloses a cigarette and tobacco and cigarette foam separating device, which comprises a separator, wherein the separator is provided with a bottom plate, three sides of the bottom plate are surrounded by a left side plate, a rear side plate and a right side plate, a sieve plate is arranged above the bottom plate, sieve slot holes are staggered distributed on the surface of the sieve plate, one end of the sieve plate away from the rear side plate is bent downward and fixedly connected with one end of the bottom plate away from the rear side plate, so that a hollow space for falling tobacco and cigarette foam is formed between the sieve plate and the bottom plate, one end of the bent part of the sieve plate is connected with a pipe joint, the pipe joint is connected with a negative pressure pipeline, a high-frequency vibrator is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the bottom plate, and a sealing cover is further arranged above the separator. The application realizes automatic separation of the cigarette, the tobacco and the cigarette foam, and manual intervention is not needed, so that the labor intensity of the operator is greatly reduced.
