A new type of roller brush for cleaning the insulator umbrella skirt structure

Abstract

The application discloses a novel roller body brush of a cleaning insulator umbrella skirt structure and relates to the technical field of electric power. The roller body brush comprises a bottom plate, a supporting plate arranged on the top of the bottom plate, a rotating shaft arranged on the top and the bottom of one side of the supporting plate, a plurality of rubber flexible shafts arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the rotating shaft, a water pump arranged at the bottom end of the supporting plate, a motor support frame arranged at the top end of the supporting plate and a motor arranged at the top end of the motor support frame. The hollow shaft body is cooperatively designed with the water pump, so that the rotating shaft, the rubber flexible shaft and the rubber small brush are filled with water flow. The angle of the rubber flexible shaft can be controlled by adjusting the water pressure, so that the rubber flexible shaft can be inserted into the groove of the insulator, and the rubber small brush can be closely attached to the surface of the insulator, thereby effectively solving the problem that the traditional cylindrical brush is difficult to accurately attach to the curved surface due to the unreasonable arrangement of the brush hairs and the fixed angle.
