Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of fracture internal fixation medical devices, and discloses a bone fracture internal fixation bone plate with a drug sustained-release coating, which comprises a base plate and an upper sealing cover. The present application adopts a layered sustained-release structure, realizes automatic release of drugs in the whole process of bone healing through gradient degradation and pore gradient design, and combined layered loading of a drug storage component, effectively avoids early burst release and late release window, and reduces drug resistance and drug toxicity risk. The layered sustained-release mechanical structure is firmly connected with the base plate in a mechanical clamping mode, solving the problems of easy falling off and easy wear of the traditional coating. The layered sustained-release mechanical structure is detachably connected with the base plate, improving the convenience of disassembly and assembly of the device, and the drug is kept sealed in the whole process of gradient degradation, further ensuring the drug efficacy. Different drug ratios and different sustained-release structures with different degradation rates can be replaced according to the type of fracture (infectious, osteoporotic fracture, etc.) and the fracture site before operation, meeting the clinical individualized treatment needs and significantly expanding the application range of the device.
