Abstract

The prostatic median lobe supporting device comprises a supporting tube and a plurality of capsule bodies, the side wall of the supporting tube is provided with the plurality of capsule bodies at intervals, the capsule bodies comprise supporting balloons and filling balloons, the supporting balloons and the filling balloons are connected with a syringe through charging and discharging pipes, the syringe is used for adjusting the supporting balloons and the filling balloons to an expanded state or a contracted state, the filling balloons in the expanded state are used for filling a bladder, and the supporting balloons in the expanded state are used for supporting the to-be-removed tissue in the bladder. When a water jet is used to cut the to-be-removed tissue, the supporting balloons play a role in positioning and supporting, and the state stability of the to-be-removed tissue during cutting is improved. If the to-be-removed tissue falls off, the supporting balloons and the filling balloons can be contracted and then expanded again to realize positioning and supporting again, the water jet does not need to be taken out, the operation convenience is improved, and the operation efficiency is improved.
