A high-purity ganoderma beta-glucan synbiotic composition and application thereof

Abstract

The application provides a high-purity ganoderma lucidum beta-glucan probiotic composition and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of microbial preparations. The probiotic composition comprises a prebiotic component and a probiotic component; the prebiotic component is ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide derived from ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies, the content of beta-glucan in the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is not less than 95%, and the probiotic component comprises Bacteroides uniformis and Clostridium butyricum. High-purity beta-glucan is extracted from the ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies through a 20% ethanol precipitation process, the component and Bacteroides uniformis and Clostridium butyricum can specifically promote the proliferation of the two bacteria, and significantly improve the yield of short-chain fatty acids. In-vivo experiments show that the probiotic composition can significantly improve the oxidative stress index of colon tissue and significantly improve the total short-chain fatty acid content in intestinal contents, and the effect is better than that of using the prebiotic or the probiotic alone.
